First day of Joslin Diabetes Center. Went well! I got a blood sugar meter. I'm going to track my glucose, carb cout, and pretend that I'm diabetic. That should teach me a few things.
I was writing an article about exercise for busy people during the winter season. So since I was feeling rather sluggish tonight, I decided to try my own advice and take an evening walk.
A night stroll up Massachusetts Ave. to Harvard! Beautiful. Numb toes and fingers.
